ABSTRACT
Eduardo Caballero, born in Monterrey City, has a Bachelor ́s degree in Technology Information from UANL (Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León) where he received an award as the student with the most outstanding academic record. He earned Quality and Service Certifications from ISO and Disney Institute.

Eduardo has enabled management models through Customer Voice, Measurement, Improvement and Experience Design programs that allow the development of strategies and the transformation of customer service, processes, marketing and products. He has also implemented Digital Transformation solutions from scratch in industries such as Telco, Data Center, and Entertainment.

He is currently leading the Digital Transformation project with the Salesforce platform and is in charge of customer experience management in the casino industry.

In addition to his efforts in IT and CX, he had a performance as an amateur theater actor and participated in a non-profit experience design program at LATAM.
